With a career spanning since 1992, has been a dedicated advocate for child protection, contributing significantly to various facets of this critical field.

Beginning his journey as a researcher with a focus on the education of children and his pioneering concept of joyful learning laid the groundwork for his impactful career. In 2001, he played a pivotal role in state budget analysis, collaborating with Members of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) to introduce the innovative concept of child budgeting. His commitment to addressing pressing issues led to the initiation of the Child Labour Watch in 2004.

His extensive work in this domain showcases a visionary leader who has consistently strived to create a safer and more nurturing environment for children, addressing critical issues such as joyful learning, child labour, and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO).

Presently he is dedicated to driving impactful change in children’s rights and protection. He actively engages in research activity raising questions in the Vidhan Sabha. His focus extends to building networks among NGOs, sensitizing all stakeholders involved, and contributing significantly to the overall mental well-being of children.
