As an Advocate based in the Rajasthan High Court, Mamta Kumari has built a practice dedicated to the protection and enforcement of children’s rights. Drawing on a robust legal and commercial background (B.Com., LL.B., LL.M.), Mamta’s expertise covers the entire spectrum of child protection, from assisting the Juvenile Justice Board (JJB) with matters concerning Children in Conflict with Law to guiding cases before the Child Welfare Committee (CWC) and specialized POCSO Courts.
