Who We Are?

As an Advocate based in the Rajasthan High Court, Rakshita Chaturvedi has built a practice dedicated to litigation, legal advisory, and the protection and enforcement of rights relating to women, children, and marginalized communities. Drawing on a strong legal background (B.A. LL.B), Rakshita’s expertise spans a wide range of legal matters, including civil, criminal, and consumer disputes. Her experience includes assisting in court proceedings before the High Court as well as District and Sessions Courts, along with handling legal drafting, research, and client counselling. She has actively worked on matters concerning POCSO, juvenile justice, child labour, and women’s rights, while also guiding organizations on statutory compliance and internal legal policies. A committed legal professional, Rakshita’s portfolio reflects impactful engagement with both litigation and advisory work.
